Exhibition & publication

Some of the photos from my Paper Sculpture series are being exhibited at Working Dog Gallery in St. Leonards, Sydney from 2 November to 25 November 2023.

I am excited to launch a book to coincide with this exhibition.  Whirling Out Of Nothingness is a collection of fine-art photos exploring themes of ritual and religion together with nude figures and white paper forms.

I hope people who see this work, or buy my book, will appreciate the images, and perhaps it will provoke some thoughts and spark some conversations.

We have pushed a few boundaries and maybe your interpration of the stories of larger narrative will evoke an empotional result.

In this body of work, I have freely experimented with ideas and collaborated with a range of amazing models and artists. We have pushed a few boundaries and maybe your interpretation of the stories or larger narrative will evoke an emotional response.

In any case, for me it is about continuously learning and growing, seeking inspiration from other artists, and constantly challenging myself to improve my skills. For the viewer, I hope it enables them to further recognise the beauty and power of photography as a means of communication, storytelling, and self-expression, and that they feel encouraging to embrace and explore this artistic medium.
